The inaugural Coast Marine & Leisure Festival presented by Business Whangaparaoa Inc. will bring together the marine and leisure industries with the Coastie Community – offering a fun, family-friendly event on the beautiful Hammerhead Point, Gulf Harbour.
The Coast Marine & Leisure Festival will be a one day event in early November, with family friendly entertainment and community activities.
Fun activities, market stalls, kids fun, food trucks and a bar will be available.
This will be the “Ultimate Coastie Event of Summer” and will showcase the very best of our Coastie lifestyle.

9 am - 10 am: Site set-up

Coast Marine & Leisure Festival is pleased to invite registrations to secure sponsorship, activity participation and market spaces at the Festival. To register, complete the online form by CLICKING HERE
Promotional billboards will be located at Whangaparaoa Plaza, Viponds Rd, Gulf Harbour and Orewa
All Festival media will be at the discretion of Coast Marine & Leisure Festival organisers.

1. A to scale site plan will be provided 1 week prior to the event. Current site plans are schematic draft plans and not guaranteed to scale, for reference only at this stage
2. If the event is cancelled due to weather, the return on Investment is deemed to have met its obligations as all brand exposure / media campaigns prior to (and up to) the deferral date will have been met and any refunds will only be proportional to any insurance claim that may be made by Business Whangaparaoa Inc
3. Any insurance claim in relation to clause 3 above is at the sole discretion of Business Whangaparaoa Inc and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard
5. If the event is impacted by any Government Covid limitations, all efforts will be made to defer the event in its entirety, to a time frame outside the restriction period. If for any reason the event is not able to be postponed, or if this is not practical, under which circumstances good reasons must be provided by the Organiser a refund will be given to all sponsors in accordance with Covid clauses held by the Organiser with the event contractors. Event insurance is unable to be obtained in relation to Covid.
6. All participants will be responsible for all their equipment, banners, flags, brochures and set up and will be responsible for their own pack up and removal after the event.
11. This agreement is the entire agreement and any oral representations discussed before, during or after are not included if not within these contract term
12. By agreeing to participate both Business Whangaparaoa Inc as Organiser and the participant are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by them
