Once you have signed up a member you will want to make sure you take care of them and retain them at the end of the year. There is an Automation in the system when the member is created to add an additional List being "Renewed Member" (even if they are new) as this triggers the following series of emails that will automatically go to the member throughout their year. See below for the Automation series.
With this Automation remember it must ONLY be triggered close to the sign up or renewal date of the member otherwise all the emails will be out of sequence
These emails remind the member about things such as posting on the Buzz group, member specials, discounts for events however over the year I would also suggest you -


These emails just touch base and remind the member about services offered and opportunities they should be taking advantage of. Remember if you remove or change a service however you will need to update the email content of these!
