Removal of Member
If a member advises they do not wish to renew their membership -
Forward email or advise Donna so she can stop their recurring invoices
In Contact CRM -
- remove them from the Members list and add them to the Past Members list
- Remove their member status tag (eg Member Annual) and renewal month
- Take their advertising start and end dates out
- Make a note about what you have done
In Business -
- Find their business listing and change the Status (right column) to pending and
- SAVE as pending at top
In Pages -
- Go to the Member 2 Member Specials page
- Remove their special if they have one
Add a note in the Membership Report for the next meeting.
