Please avoid arriving late as this will disrupt the proceedings. Each candidate\, or spokesperson for a party\, will be given an allocated length of time to speak\, after which questions\, which will only come from those submitted at the door\, will be asked to the candidates and spokespeople with each having an opportunity to respond. \nThe afternoon will conclude with tea\, coffee and food available and the club bar will be open for those who may wish to purchase a cold drink. \nIt is not an essential requirement but if you know you'll be attending please register below to help us with set up and catering requirements.
